Briarcliff has several desirable amenities available that are unusual for such a small community.

A swimming pool is open daily from Memorial Day through Labor Day weekend.  The pool is available for property owners and their guests for a nominal yearly fee of only $30.  The grounds near the pool host a pavilion where families can have their picnic lunch and watch their children enjoy themselves on the playground which is equipped with swings, teeter totter and slide.  If you’re up to the challenge, a few steps away is our 9 hole putt-putt golf course decorated in its festive colors.

The Clubhouse serves a dual function, since it contains the city offices and also provides recreational services.  Property owners have access to a ping pong table, pool tables, a variety of exercise and weight training equipment, a sauna and showers, and a small reading library.  Several rooms can also be reserved for meetings or parties at a small nominal charge.

A small pond is located on city property and kept stocked for the fishing enjoyment of the residents.  A walking trail around the pond and a few picnic tables nearby add to the relaxed atmosphere.
